bimax or even just chin/mandible implants would help you a lot but bimax could easily bring you from ltn front to mtn and sub3 side to hltn-mtn side its just expensive and risky but if your willing then yeah also depending on the surgery if it went well you could shave the neck beard for now lower body fat and work on your build ALSO PLEASE sort out your eye bags + use hydrocortison on your nose.

im not sure if i can take bimax i dont have functional issue

my body fat around 18 already it wont much change jawline .
