Prolly skin quality as i am accutane and it is dry asf + flakey. Gonna be off it soon also working on coloring by getting darker with mt2 and beta carotene. Skin has been my biggest enemy because i am a ginger. Once i get that dialed in appeal should follow as my ratios are pretty good

Retatrutide and making sure to eat protein so the fat would come off better very little working out which I should have honestly done to get a better result of bf% to muscle ratio but it is not too bad. I am going to start hitting the gym big time like i was in the military just keeping my food intake clean and staying on reta a bit longer to see if i can lean while packing muscle on. I need to work on my neck muscles as well to improve my lower third appeal.
