The only bad thing about it is his upper eyelid the rest is good. Good lashes, eyebrows, orbitals are not recessed, canthal tilt is positive and interpupillary distance is good.

They are decently thick, long ,straight and dark. How are they not good

pfl is high yes but his eyes are also pretty wide. Bigger eyes are not inherently a bad feature, they can make you look less masculine but they are not unattractive per se. I also think this whole ratio and measuring bullshit is dumb, you can clearly tell just by looking at it that his eye area is not bad. You can back it up with measurements and ratios but it's clear that it does not look bad. You could say it looks more feminine but that's not always a bad thing, and definitely not enough to justify calling it bad or below average
