definitely will, but real work will only be done with at least botox, your eyebrows are way too high-set, botox can help.

now that I see better, your eyes have a good shape, it's the eyebrows sitting too high making the harmony breaks.

minoxidil will help tho

Hltn, periorbital darkening from recessed infraorbital bones and unideal long philtrum. Unideal frontal jaw angle, should be lower. Eyebrows too high and should be longer and darker.
