there’s a lot to improve on but main flaw is flat maxilla , if you re rich try to see and ortho and get a palate expander so you’ll have wider lips since nose to width ratio is also one of your falios, your face lacks oral volume but since you have money for hardmaxes you re above many people financially my estimation is lower upper class , the price of ascending is like 50k euro to 100k tops
