Depends on what u have, mb some bite misalignment, sleep apnae, troubles with chewing, anything. If not tell u have aesthetic issues

You would be lucky to get few mm with face mask(also it should be bone anchored), at this point thumbpulling may give u only alveolar zone protrusion (lower maxilla) and I doubt even that’s a thing tbh, but if it is you would end with dog tier face

And yeah your main problem in ur upper maxilla region, u can see there is a real hole under your eye, sunken area
