Ive been in the gym for a year and a half now bench 225, squat 335 and deadlift 395 I'm on a bulk hence the heavy face fatgym max
Thank you, however I can't quite cut down yet, I'm going to cus once I have a 315 benchHey brother, leanmaxx asap, get chiseled, hit the gym for starters.

All the best on your journey.![]()
In all honesty, chicks don't give a damn about bench numbers. Benching 225+ for reps is good enough. Get lean, building an aesthetic body is top priority. Ogre-style gymceling and powerlifting is overrated. GLThank you, however I can't quite cut down yet, I'm going to cus once I have a 315 bench

debloat and see if bone can save you, start intensive chin tucks and wide mouth opening to raise your hyoid bone

Im only 16% body fat rn and was dirty bulking but I'm doing a clean bulk now for my health and testbruh
you can build as much muscle without bulking as with bulking.
If strength in the specific lift, in this case bench, is your thing and you are willing to sacrifise your looks for it - that's all you, I was in the same boat.
But if you are after muscle and not specific lift - you don't ever have to go over 20% bodyfat.
