15m wanna know where i am rn and what i can do to improve when rating plz say a flaw so i know how to improve

Currently mltn - hltn. You have protruding ears so get a otoplasty. Good thick neck but your face overall is just small. I would need a side profile picture to judge that better tho. Grow out your hair more, sleep and eat well.
