For the amount of asymmetry I can see in your photo, any softmaxx you come across will do nothing. I can't really say for "rankings" but imo fixing that asymmetry is the next logical step for you. I have a similar asymmetry in my face (image), so that's why I'm so opinionated on this.

I'm not experienced on these matters but I suggest hardmewing and sleeping on bulgy side to counter the bulge.

The only softmaxx I can think of is growing a stubble/beard to hide asymmetry, but decent facial hair isn't possible/doesn't look good on most people. Surgery seems like a must here, if you want any change.

Filler could maaaybe do something but filler is really bad long-term, it turns to glop and degrades esthetics
