i don’t see anything in particular you can naturally improve but i can see that you have a slight face assymetry, try fixing that by sleeping on your back and chewing hard foods on both sides.i think mltn-hltn is the right rating.

If you are 15 idk if dif for everyone but you can still puberty Maxx just focuse on good posture and tongue posture. Your bones are still growing
