My main advice I have gotten is a lip flip with minor Botox and a nose job

Your lips actually suit you, it's not that bad it fits your aesthetic, but yes you would improve if they became thicker, what's giving you a solid htn is your skin, really smooth and clear, what products do you use or are you just like that naturally
