ur like 95th percentile on these pics, maybe even close 99th on the last one
Hairstyle doesn't matter as long as you don't look ridiculously homeless, shows your hairline (if you were balding) and fits your face shape (if your total face shape is 1.32 or less, get some hair on top, if its 1.37+ some volume on the side but at first impression your face shape seems fine...),
Eyebrows could be vertically taller, try derma penning with minoxidil but since its likely a follicle insertion issue, expect moderate results (still try it though)
Neck seems VERY SLIGHTLY thin so maybe train it a bit, besides that it would prob be like surgeries but tbh you don't need it like at all
