"I want to know the rating for each photo.

Photo 1: 5 weeks ago (Around 22% BF / Face bloat).Photo 2: Current (Around 18% BF after 5 weeks of caloric deficit).

I’m still cutting to reach sub 15% BF by the end of May. How much did the facial bloating impact the rating? Let me know the score for both."

"I'm still a beginner. My current routine is weightlifting 3x a week, Taekwondo 3x a week (40-60 min sessions), and 30 min of extra cardio (4% incline) 3x a week.

I’ve already lost a significant amount of fat so far. I'm still dealing with the 'skinny-fat' look, but I'm almost out of it. I believe another 3 or 4 weeks of cutting will do the trick.
Finding the photos now, will post them in a minute. My physique is still trash right now, but there's already a noticeable difference compared to 5 weeks ago.

Photo 1: 5 weeks ago (22-24% BF) / Photo 2: Current (18-20% BF).

Yes, I’m aware I have gynecomastia, but I’m already seeing an endocrinologist to check my hormone levels and I have surgery scheduled soon to get it fixed.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you think there’s usually a big difference in facial definition once I hit the 12-15% BF range in May/June?

how are you able to afford that surgery already

I'm running an Upper/Lower split with about 6-8 weekly sets per muscle group. However, I only train Lower once a week on Saturdays with lower volume so it doesn't mess with my Taekwondo sessions.

In Brazil, we have a public healthcare system (SUS) that covers it for free, but it takes time. I’ll try that first; otherwise, I’ll go private.

It costs about $1,200 - $2,400 USD. I’ve already saved up most of it, but I still need to save a bit more to cover everything.
