I wanna really improve my looks and im new to this. My hyoid is seriously fucked, is this just bc of fat, or am i really that recessed, also i really wanna get an honest rating

Front is like mtn good eye region side like ltn tbh idk abt the hyoid thing might not be a huge deal jaws a bit recessed not awful
