U cant hit cl bro nor hhtn u can reach lhtn probably, ur mmtn rn u have a flat maxilla + noticeable downward growth both of these things at ur age aren't really possible to fix naturally so surgery. (U can hit hhtn or cl with surgeries obviously I meant as in softmax)
