yeah eat only animal products, get tret or a different retinoid like adapalene, get on ghk-cu and follow all the basics of skincare. i struggled with my acne for a long time and it was mostly the peptides that finally fixed it but I wouldn't know what the cause of your acne is. you could also try accutane but it's not a permanent solution because it'll wreck your liver eventually (it does give results if you're desperate though)
