First and foremost, get rid of the goatie. Second, ice ur nose and try doing lymphatic drainage around ur cheekbones and nasal bones, fascia release is important since i also see a bit of assymetry in ur face which can be caused by bad posture or bad habits. My opinion tho, do as you please
