If you dont need to permanently remove dark circles under your eyes, you can use any concealer or CC cream. its hard to get rid of dark circles just with ointments, but any moisturizing creams, or creams for the skin around the eyes can help.
And about acne, its better to consult a dermatologist and discuss treatment with them, everything is individual

then its better to use more skin care specifically for the eye area, but I dont think this will help get rid of them completely. cosmetic procedures will be more effective

not yet but you'll def be hmtn, you can be lhtn if you fix your thin lips, I think it can be fixable with braces but the effect is subtle icl, but you're def top 15% already imo
