mmtn. You're close to your potential already. I'd say keep the facial hair as is, your features are too soft and the facial hair adds more contrast/sharpness and dimorphism imo

yeah def keep the facial hair, just fix eye area you have a decent amount of upper eyelid exposure and bad under eye support which is nerfing you
