u kinda look like travis marshall from dexter, ur flaws are portruding ears, long midface, long philtrum, recessed infras, nasobial folds, some misc and harmony issues, along with angularity and dimo. Overall ur like a HLTN probably. If sum1 else doesnt reply soon with what u can do to fix it maybe i will

One notable thing about your facial profile is your ears. I would recommend growing out your hair all around but specifically on the sides which can make your ears more proportionate to the rest of your face

This might be a stupid question but my parents would never let me get surgery on the ears. Is there a natural way to fix it until I reach 18 (beside just haircut) Also, how do I fix a philtrum?

No, infact its the opposite: as you age, your ears are the only body part that continues to grow, so you can only cover it up with hair untill you are 18. I wouldnt really worry about the ears, its not your main deductor. I would give an in depth guide but icl icba to put in the effort, so based off what i told you, go to the best of the best guide section, and search for your flaw, and there will be an in depth guide for u on how to fix it.
