Rating w/ tips to improve?

Hey guys, I’m 15m, 168cm and 48kg. I’m primarily looking for softmaxxes because I’m currently not old enough for surgery. I would really appreciate it if you guys helped me out.
I’m kinda frauding in the last 2 pictures but thats how I usually look in person when im around others, the first two are my raw unfiltered self.

any way to gain weight? eating alot doesn’t work for me, ive been on a calorie surplus for months but i hit a plateau at 49kg
