In all seriousness, you need to start by lowering your body fat, debloating , and start saving for a rhinoplasty. There's a million threads on skincare on here it's probably one of the easiest topics to find info just look thru BOTB.

Don't actually rope btw, just focus on money and surgerymaxx if you're still ugly after doing what you can. I'm not attractive and I still get ltbs, and I'm still softmaxxing this year and starting roids and some pharmaceuticals when i move out. It's almost never truly over.
