Rating/What should I improve from here

I'm well aware of my doomed maxilla, but for that is only about surgery or roping.

Any advice is well accepted, ratings too.
Right now, I'm:

- Wearing contacts lenses
- Frauding my recessed infras with BB/CC cream
- Recently started using tan drops
- Tinted lip balm on lips and cheeks
- Basics (skincare/...)

I would say my biggest problem is like everything that concerns the front, but i don't know what else I can do without surgeries.
