I had a simular problem with the nose, how it appears "plump". if yours is like mine, then its caused by lots of sebaceous filament. I used hydrocrotisone 1% cream, retinol, azelaic acid, and microneedling to make a significant reduction in the size of my nose. I used retinol at night 6 days a week, microneedled on the other night, hydrocrotisone around 2x a week, and azelaic acid in the mornings. For your case this would acsend you alot. Also make sure to use a cleanser for blackheads that will accually remove the sebaceous filament.

Addionaly, I would recomend using a fake tanner, like tanning drops, and maybe dye the eyebrows a shade darker. I would also recomend oral minoxidil, to grow brows and lashes however this will cause some temporary bloating.

Good luck bro

I currently use a peptide lash serum and castor oil for lashes and brows, I don’t use a cleanser atm because I have quite sensitive skin. I use a vitamin c serum in the morning with a moisturiser and tinted sunscreen. At night I use duac acne gel with a moisturiser. Lmk if I should change anything and I also am going to add in hydrocortisone

sounds good, I would recomend taking ashwaganda, as hydrocortisone will raise your cortisol. also be very careful that the lash serum doesnt cause orbital fat loss as this is a huge problem and is completly irreversible. I would take pics a few times a weeks to ensure you dont lose any fat near your eyes. otherwise sounds pretty good. just remember that the hydrocortisone isnt going to make a huge differance and its also very temporary, only lasting a few hours
