U have a bad eye area in terms of lashes, eyebrows, and eyes. Eyes are bad cause of pfl and tilt, eyebrows are bad cause they are sparse and high set. Then ur jaw is not super bad cause ramus seems okay, but overall it’s quite narrow. Ur best ROI would be to fix the narrow jaw and the canthal tilt, and then from there the rest is just preference

No probs, but just money max for jaw surgery first, u have good maxilla so filler/implants or Genio

Not from my experience at least it just doesn’t do much i will say though topical ghkcu did quite a bit for my acne scars over a few months it’s not complete cope but is cope for acne imo
