Already know I have acne and am asymmetrical but I'm sleeping on my back now and starting skincare. Any recommendations to improve would be appreciated even surgeries(I'm 14).

Growing out your hair is an absolute ESSENTIAL, it’s wayyy to short right now; this will Probably make you look a hell of a lot better

Longer hair is masculine and never let anyone tell you otherwise

Your chin is recessed and your eyes are protruding, neither of which can be fixed without surgery.
