Not quite educated on hair but try getting the volume back with rosemary oil cleansing, use minoxidil for additional thickness and use hair products that are accommodating for your hair

it took me a while to figure out too, greycels are users on the forum who have the default grey username because their under 500 posts. they're pretty much the noobs of this forum and get judged a lot for often being ltn/subhuman begginners and hopping on forums when they dont know what their talking abt bc they dont have experience
