A trend I've noticed through countless observations online and IRL is the consistent overrating of women in general, mostly by women. That is, I see so often a couple that is say perfectly looksmatched where girls are saying "she can do better", "she settled", "she's too good for him". Even if the guy is clearly better looking, I've still seen people say the girl is better or they're equal. It legitimately seems in the eyes of most girls at least to be looksmatched the guy has to be around 90%+ and the girl would be average, with it to be almost impossible to match an attractive girl. I've witnessed this trend literally hundreds of times and it's kind of infuriating. Not even noting that they're rating the girls with makeup on, which isn't your true attractiveness level. A random example of this is Brooke Monk (Tiktoker) and her boyfriend. She's right around a 5 (50th percentile), maybe below average (see photos without makeup) and he's maybe a 8-9, around 95-98th percentile. Yet, when they made a joke TikTok and said he looked better, everyone in the comments FLAMED them saying she is obviously better looking. Just kind of makes me mad, I feel like you literally have to be so far above your partner for girls to "accept" your relationship and not prod her that she could do better or that she settled. Anyone else constantly notice this?
