What would you say my potential is, also tips?

hmnt potential, change your chaircut u have wrong hairstyle for your face shape,
debloat ofc, nice eyebrows but eye area is not that good.
Most important thing is debloat. there is how to achieve it:
cardio everyday and hydrate and eat clean thats it but if you above 15%bf then first of all cut
