Your side profile looks amazing bro
Front is alright, add dimorphism, stimulate bone growth, lean down a little, hit the gym and change the hair.
Very good baseline, just fix the rest and youre golden.

Right now it looks slightly greasy and dead, try a different conditioner and see if you can somehow add volume on top and on the sides
