I’m getting rid of my blackheads on my nose and they come back every day so i just extract them and there is always redness

Inflammation or could be some kind of rosacea, check with a dermatologist to get an actual diagnosis

Just do skincare. Theyre 99% not blackheads and just oxidized sebaceous filaments

Yeah I know but most of these skincare products are bullshit. They can help for a short period of time and then the acne and all this stuff comes back. I hopped on accutane one week ago tho

Accutane is the end all be all, its a mix of gut health, hygiene and genetics. Luckily a 2% salicylic acid cleanser works for me

I tried it and it didn’t work for me (the salicylic acid)
