i’d look at seeing an orthodentist
even from the front it’s very noticeable your lower jaw isn’t where it should be
i had these things called twin blocks at the age of 13 , basically advanced braces which brings the lower jaw forward as these plastic blocks help move it

im guessing ur in the uk go to an ortho and fix ur shit if ur jaw is really recessed insurance can cover the surgery

bro if ur getting usual dentist checkups you would normally get referred to an ortho
