ur probably too old to fix it so surgery g, but just try live with it but it could be due to other reasons like a narrow maxilla which im sure u have ur palate is probably narrow so measure it and get marpe

yeah it will 100% not fix on its own sadly i recommend you go to an ortho and get marpe assuming u have a narrow palate
