LTN, u have acne which is ez to treat with accutane. Second up you have a couple of large skeletal deformities namely the mandible and maxilla not being forward grown enough. This could just improve with age so dont stress too much about it. And lastly you also have a ton of ptosis, especially on the same side as the logo on the shirt (should be right side from you but not sure since some phones auto flip it).

Its fixed with an upper blepharoplasty if its rigid but can also fix with improving sleep for most ppl
