Your maxilla looks quite flat from the front plus you got a narrow pallete go to a orthodontist if you enough money

Really i always thought i had wide palette mb for being a greycell but aint flat maxilla you have to get a a lefort 1i already know my my maxilla is flat so hopefully i am saving up for one but my palette damn i never knew that i will check with orthodontics and get pallate expansion but i will do some research about it but yeh i apperciate the comment

You might have a wide pallete I was just going from what your smile looked like but if you send a photo of your pallete I’ll tell u
