Bloated for sure you should lose the water retention in the face together with the inflamed oily nose wings and a new hair style should be a easy fix. You can get a tan to and not be so pale.. deff room to upgrade your health markers


biggest structeral flaws would be long philtrum, nasolabial angle, nct, recesser infras, narrow recessed chin, uneven facial thirds and not the best lower third in general but bloat is partly the reason.. mirin the eye area and freckles tho looks good
