If you're sixteen then you might grow a little more height wise, but facial bone development is most likely done in that regard. You have a few falios, but your face isn't the worst in the world so I wouldn't worry too much. You're definitely a bit above average, 4.5 PSL maybe. I'm not exactly an expert, but if you wanna hear some of your issues lmk, but most of them will probably only be fixed by hardmaxxing besides a few.
