Would MARPE help me? Especially with my jawline and forward growth? I have been consulting with AI and reading a few articles and heard that it can help my jaws, especially mandible achieve a better position and possibly help with my recession in both midface and cheek area.

Open to other advices.

fixing your recession could work if that makes your chin larger.

Philtrum of doom and destruction is what ruins your looks and your nose is weirdly upturned.

No fix for philtrum, cant just force your bones to be smaller. And you can't physically make your nose downturned more. You need surgery for both.

Im thinking maybe try boosting test for a larger chin

No its too large from the front. Yes thats possibly the reason why its too large.

so Ik nose surgery is called rhino, but is there a specific type to of name that involves making it longer? also, I heard MARPE splits the nose kinda, so would growth be possible there?

Yeah reconstruction. Dont worry about your nose being short thats not the problem.

Nose too, no the mandible is fine I said you can use it to compensate.

I thought the mandible was recessed? my upper and lower lips dont meet perfectly yk?

so what surgeons do I need to look for?
