I have similar type off acne, its better now that I'm on accutane but on fair skin the scarring and redness is just to visible. Absolute doom. Try sort it out. I think if I were ever to go out or something I would need to use some sort of makeup.

Hop on accutane and use minoxidil for eyebrows and eyelashes, after accutane course starts using volufilline to make lips and underyes fuller (in case it isn't actually caused by sleep deprivation). After that you will be low-mid htn
