Ratings, is HHTN possible with surgery?

Is HHTN possible? Photos of me now (18 M), and photos of me at 16 when I was leaner with way less acne. The first gym pic is a bit more recent. I hopped on 450 test about 5 weeks ago. I’m ordering accutane from indiamart currently as well and plan on losing another 5% bodyfat. Gonna start grooming my hair and eyebrows a lot better as well and start wearing invisaline again(my symmetry shifted back). I plan on getting surgeries starting next year and a few months(once I’m 20). I’m not sure exactly which ones or in which order could you guys help? I have a recessed bite I showed but I think double jaws kind of OD and I could just get decent results with jaw or chin implants? I wanna get rhinoplasty and under eye fat implants(forgot the name.) my eyes are hallowed which is the worst part I don’t even care about the color as much as the recession. Accutane will likely shrink my bulbous fucking nose a bit in the mean time.

would be a solid HTN if you leaned out and cleared ur skin

More pics. I pull girls relatively easy but there not the hottest and if they are super hot they’re usually sluts. I also have to fraud as much as possible.
