I think Master is trialing something. I see it either one of two ways: the ratings section is for registered users only and the private ratings has additional restrictions, or Ratings returns to being publicly viewable, and only registered users can view the private ratings.

And 2024 will be the year of the blackpillening. This year was the preview.
