If you look closely in the pic he posted its clearly a reccesion, and you can see from his front that his lower jaw is smaller than upper, its not so bad but still a recession

He's not a LTN , he has enough bones to have a decent side, his front end is poor in harmony but he's not a LTN, good coloring and angularity.
