Grow out hair, shave pedo stash hop on accutane lose some bf and surgically ide look into jaw implants i cant see your jaw from the side so i but ide assume you require a bimax or atleast lefort as well

Definitely lose bf and get on tret or accutane but your eye area has potential so thicken your eyebrows w minoxidil and dye them darker and shape them. Dye your eyelashes as well and you could try use an eyelash serum but stay away from latisse since you have recessed infras and it would only make it worse. You could try volufiline to get rid of the uee but most people say its cope so that might or might not work
