Why does everyone rate different even tho the scale stays the same?

I get told im LLTN
Then i get told im a MMTN

On tiktok its worse
I get called a 3
Then i get called a 7
Obviously not true and innacurate.

Im not asking for a rating but i wanna know why its so inconsistent and sometimes downright incorrect
