Ratios for torso length to bidelt and leg to torso?

Currently have a 20 in bidelt with a 17 in torso and 26 in waist. My leg are 40 inches and it makes my upper body unbalanced to my legs. What's an ideal ratio for leg to torso and Torso Length to bidelt?

1.6:1 shoulder:waist is considered "ideal". Anything between 1.5:1 and 2:1 is pretty good.
