How can I fix my proportions?? 17 years old and I'm 5'9-5'10 and I feel like my legs are too long for my torso

Idk what to do. When I buy pants I buy like medium/large pants which fit well and I get "S" Sized shirts and they're still too big for me. I dont think theres a surgery for torso length and I lowk feel hopeless here I want to grow taller

I didnt know there was a spine lenghtening surgery. No I just need to get taller aswell. Its brutal being 5'9 in Europe bro

Least of my worries? I do want to gymcel but I wanna get taller first because from what I understand it closes your plates prematurely.

Pretty aure they close at 18 for most people. Also Ive seen decent height growth in the past year like 4cm. Im 175-178cm rn somewhere around there

because you use up your hormones to repair the damage and muscle protein synthesis instead of having it for growth development etc

Maybe but It doesnt change the fact that I’m short. I just want to hit 6ft and I feel like my physique would look better if my torso was taller aswell.
