I pretty much know the exact ratios to go for when planning for surgeries however how can these be translated into movements in mm while maintaining accuracy? It seems to be more intuitive than an exact process because soft tissue also plays a part but I don't want to go through with surgeries and then still be slightly recessed.

Does anyone have any experience with strageties for complex movements (trimax + implants) and predicting ratios?

I'm not sure if you are able to accurately predict movements to ratios due to planning being based on bones and does not take into account soft tissue movement. Might be able to check the plan to see where they will be moved and roughly guess the ratios/angles.

I think its more important to ensure that your ratios are generally moving towards the ideal instead of trying to predict exactly what they'll be.
