Bought raw milk.

Fermented farmer milk with rennet enzyme and my saliva. A few days.

Rough poured out majority of whey, with a tunnel hole with wooden spoon, and holding jar lid.

Drank whey on job.

Took out mold surface to drink because plastic cheese cloth needs non reactivity.

Put curds into pouch and hanged it within my jar of 5 liters, tying corners, putting large spoon in between (same wooden spoon I use for dairy), pushing soft sides gently inwards until this soft pouch fell inside, suspended on top by tying it, rolling it to make it higher, and tying end of roll onto plastic handle of jar.

My way of suspension is a wild experiment because I did not buy a collander, realizing it was convenient later, as auto suspension, and because my worker dorm roomates are mundanes, losers.

Will press the sack gently every 2 hours, plus pouring out whey.

Will stop hanging today, after maybe 8 hours. I started hanging it at 13 at clock.

Will spread it on surfaces. Glass plate. Glass cutting table. Letting it dry. After drying, flipping and cracking to dry more. Then after a few days of drying will put raw cheeseinyo glass jars.

I will do cheese trains of an inch piece every 15 min on empty stomack to detox best and deep every second day. An hour per cheese day, 6 inch pieces. I will count how much will turn out from 5 liters.

Use wooden spoon at spreading, for non reactivity with cheese.

It is not available in Russia as far as I researched.
Even in Moscow region where I am having my base now.

Ideally I would buy it.

My goal is to call up import companies, websites selling imported cheese, from Germany and such, and ask specifically about raw cheeses, then buy them. Ideally I would test them, as raw cheese should pass undigested, coloured in toxins, so all I would need is starvation with no need for recovery (which starvation would sabotage, so, no injuries like now).

If having a decent job, it is indeed far simpler and worthwhile to buy unsalted raw cheese without time and effort of making. I am now preparing to get a decent income job at a warehouse chain I already worked before, and also my very close goal is professions, so buying will be best and realistic.

It should be quite easy? Parmigiano reggiano should be in grocery stores should also be pretty easy to find online just a bit expensive.

In America and Europe.

Our parmigiano is called parmigiano yet in ingredients information they list pasteurized milk, salt, calcium (meaning it was boiled, not fermented), etc.

Russia is a factoryfarmland, processedfoodland (more lunch meats than fresh meats), grainland (more grain products than animal products).

Should be easy to get off Amazon or some online pathway Js make sure it’s like DOP certified or sm, does it really even do anything for bone mass? I know it’s healthy Js from what I researched doesn’t have much impact on bones

Raw cheese is for cheese trains, to detox completely, and get glass skin plus normal hormone production (if you have low testosterone or chronic fatigue) plus depression cure (brain detox).

If you have money to buy raw cheese, sure it will bring you more mineral and growth nutrients than anything, but eat it together with meals (with meat) or otherwise it will remain as a detox remedy completely undigested.

Anyway. Eating red meat in large amount is cheaper and possibly better for growth.
Raw cheese is just cherry on top.
Cooked cheeses avoid, they have no minerals because they are boiled, they have sharp crystals which lacerate arteries, giving clogged arteries, and then detoxxed through poop, so no minerals from original milk are there, all destroyed in boiling. Red meat has far far more minerals and nutrients than cooked cheese.

Yes, websites exist. Our amazon analogues though, do not sell raw cheeses, only fakery likeI said, even imported 'aged' in title cheeses which are very expensive have pasteurized milk and salt in ingredients.

By scientific studies 50 percent of minerals are lost in bioavailability. Plus all those unitilizeable minerals will give atherosclerosis, plus scalp detox hair thinning and hair root loss.
Plus if we talk of cheese, itis not mere heating for 15 seconds ofpasterization, itis boiling. There are less than 20 percent of nutrients in boiled food, just like frozen food.

I think focus on some meat for diet more u can also get it from js drinking raw milk

I do it for detox, and rest of whey and milk for hudration without harmful water

Meat is king and should be basis, red meat or at least mixed meat (pork, which is what I use).

Milk and whey has carbs.

Without them I choose ketosis, wellbeing is 2 times higher

Fun fact, I tried every health trend. Fasting is most harmful, it gave me bedridden state of pain of spine from no recovery from job. Underhydration, which I indirectly experienced through dry fasting, is also very harmful. Third place is undersleep, right now I switch to another job just to sleep 8 hours instead of 5 like I did for 1.5 weeks already.

I mean this. Raw milk and whey are very superior to water. Aajonus says only a few sips are enough, but it is not true for me, only 1 liter per day is enough if your job is with physical movement, 500 ml is not enough.

Right now, I need to check and squeeze out the whey every 2 hours.
Done. 2 hours. Squeezed the curds twice and poured off the whey.
Initially, 2 liters of whey came out of the 5 liters [of milk]. Then another liter while setting up the cheesecloth. Then after 2 hours, another half a liter. By this point, 3.5 liters of whey have drained, leaving 1.5 liters of curds from the original 5 liters of milk. I assume that ideally, and as my goal, I need to express another liter of whey to leave a maximum of half a liter of cheese curds. Since the milk fat content is 4 to 5 percent and the rest is water, protein, and carbs, there should only be about 400 ml left—meaning, more precisely, another 1.1 liters of whey still need to drain.

With that the drying will be proper and end quality will be dryest it could be. Raw cheese detox is worst when cheese is soft and best when solid and yellow.

Entire cheesemaking, if you already have all the resources, a milk seller and tools, it takes a short time.

It takes a day to pick up milk, 10 minutes to add fermenters, after waiting a few days, 5 minutes to rough pour out whey with tunnel of wooden spoon, 10 minutes to set up whey straining in pouch of cheesecloth with curds , 20 minutes throughout day to press and drain, and then total 20 minutes to spread and dry.

In total it would take about 1.5 hours to make every new batch of raw cheese for the month.

@Wexilarious Are you dead bro? Can you give me your thoughts on raw cheese? Did you ever try it? Can you find it in Russland, since you live here? Maybe your research skill is superior, I hope so.
Your will following is certainly definite.

@Azie555 Yo. How is your raw cheese trains? Do you feel any different after months of doing them?

I need raw cheese as deepest detox, and only available to me now detox (since I do not have a bathtub), to detox my glands'es cells (glands produce hormones) and all mitochondrial cells everywhere (which can have a lot of ATP or insufficient atp causing tiredness just like undersleep), to cure my chronic fatigue, ageing, and low hormones which are the cause of chronic fatigue.

This detox will also give superior skin, intelligence and mental energy which I need for my seeking of life goals like professions, education, girls, businesses.
