Raw Diet Question

So I have been doing raw meat for about 2 weeks now

Feeling really great

So there is this lake near my house that I go to fish at

I eat the fish raw w the skin off

Would it be a problem if I eat it w the skin on?

Bc I'm lazy and you lose a bit of meat skinning it since I'm still learning

I have ate cooked fish skin bf, I don't think its worth the hassle tho

The skin is where the omega 3s are. If you can chew it eat it. That said eating raw fish from your local lake is retard logic you will get parasites eventually & probs heavy metal toxicity. Not at all the same as wild game.

Salmon roe is where it's at imo.

Salmon roe is very very protected where i live so thats out of the question.

And heavy metal is irealveant sinc3 the fish grow to a max of 1 foot long.

Tldr don't worry and eat everything raw as long as it's fed an appropriate diet and not injected with vaxines and hormones
