Only reason to eat Raw eggs is for the Choline content, which has 150mg biavailable choline content to Cooked egg's 120mg
30mg difference for all that Protein and Nutritional loss?

There are probably less than 5 pence/7c cents worth of ingredients per egg, not including the egg itself
